A Declaration of Intent and Oath of Candidacy for Trustee Candidates form may be picked up at the District Clerk’s office located in the White Sulphur Springs School Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. on regular school days. Forms may also be downloaded from the school’s website or picked up from the Meagher County Clerk & Recorder’s office. Candidates must be registered to vote by the filing deadline (exception for candidates turning 18 after the filing deadline and prior to the election). A properly completed, signed and notarized declaration form may be sent by facsimile transmission, electronically mailed, delivered in person, or mailed to the District Clerk. Candidates for the position of Trustee may file no earlier than 145 days, or later than 85 days (February 9, 2026 by 5 p.m.) before the election (13-10-201 MCA) & (20-3-305 MCA).
