Justin Sanchez is our 7-12 math teacher. He has come to us from the Philippines. He also enjoys basketball and is coaching Junior High Boys Basketball. He has introduced our students to cultural exchanges with schools in the Philippines which has been interesting and engaging to our students.
Marena Stidham is our 1st grade teacher. Marena develops interesting and intriguing lessons for students. She used multimodal techniques to engage the whole brain and child. She is willing to try new curriculum and step up to help colleagues where she can. The hermit crabs are a nice addition to the classroom as well.
Jostens has partnered with the district to provide Hornet Gear. The items are direct shipped to the customer and not to the school. Proceeds will help the activities programs within the district. https://www.jostens.com/apps/store/customer/1059084/White-Sulphur-Springs-High-School/
Powder Puff football was a fast paced exciting game. We had fantastic coaching and reffing from the football team. The girls played a mean game and all did well. Thanks to Carla Manger for the photos.

We are blessed with the best in our maintenance/custodial. John Michaelson has been working diligently to make needed repairs and updates. He is quick to fix all of our requests and does so with a smile. Amanda Clayton and Christina Freemont has mowed, waxed and cleaned every inch of the school property this summer. They make our halls shine daily and our bathrooms spic and span. Thank you for making our school and grounds look so amazing.

Planning to attend a Hornet sporting event and don't have cash? Don't worry we have got you covered! Scan the QR code or go to gofan.co and search for White Sulphur Springs. You can buy your tickets there. You will need your phone as your ticket so please be ready at the door or when we walk by you. Thank you for supporting Hornet Athletics. Go Hornets.

Matthew Moore is our Industrial Arts teacher. He is a willing participant in helping with activities and supporting students. Students love his hands on courses where they can learn to weld, build items of wood and work on motors. His upbeat attitude and positive outlook draw students and staff in. Oh, he also might like to fish a little also.

School Resource Officer Jerami West is an important part of our staff. He shares duties with Meagher County Sheriff. We are fortunate to have him engage with our younger students, share advice with our middle school and keep our older staff dents safe in the halls and on the streets. He shares ideas for encouraging students who are struggling and cheers activities in for all students. Thank you for your service Officer West.
