Shout Out to TOWN PUMP! Thank you for sponsoring our AR Reading Challenge this year. The 4th-6th graders had a great time at the Trampoline Park. Each student read 9+ novels in order to attend! Our community and students are amazing!

Our sixth graders "leapt up" today to junior high to experience an afternoon in the shoes of a moving schedule. As part of this special schedule, all current and incoming junior high students received a special presentation by our Industrial Tech teacher, Mr. Moore on the importance of safety and respect in his interactive classrooms. Following that conversation, a few of our juniors demonstrated a metalworking project to begin inspiring our students in one of the many trade options for high school and beyond.

Congratulations to Zaphyra for being selected as one of the Reach Higher Montana scholarship recipients in April!! Andy Beggar, our representative from Reach Higher, made a special trip out this morning to present the award.

Congratulations to Wiatt for being selected to represent Hornet Country at the Hugh O'Brian Youth (HOBY) Leadership Conference in Billings next month!! Huge thanks go out to the Lion's Club for sponsoring Wiatt, and supporting our students in becoming the next leaders in our community!

School Resource Officer West and Deputy Geordge led the students through search and rescue vehicles and the ambulance today as part of an introduction to first responder safety.
